Before we get into how you can learn how to hypnotize someone, let me go over on what hypnosis is and how useful it can be. When most people hear "hypnosis" they tend to connect with something no more then just an act, made popular by stage hypnotist, these such acts create an alternate reality where a person is  persuaded into thinking she/he is someone else, while these acts are fun to watch there are other uses for hypnosis. Today hypnosis has proven to be more then just an "act" based on medical analysis and numerous scientific analysis, today thousands perhaps even millions of people have used some sort of hypnosis to improve their lives. weather its for fun, education, losing weight, quit smoking and much more, hypnosis has proven itself to be more then just entertainment, and made its place in modern society.

Another misconception is that people need some special power or have to be some sort of prodigy to be able to become a hypnotist, but nothing can be further from the truth. Everything can be achievable through hard work and determination, the same applies to learning hypnosis. Anyone can learn how to hypnotize someone with the right guidance and techniques.

So What Is Hypnosis?

First for the sake of people who never been exposed to such material lets very quickly look at a few concepts. What is hypnosis? The fact is nobody really knows what hypnosis is. In recent years there have been vast improvements in understanding hypnosis. But what exactly is it is still a mystery, here will go on how the US government defines hypnosis. It defines it as the bypass of the critical factor, and establishment of acceptable selective thinking.

The critical factor is part of the conscious mind that basically shields the subconscious mind from accepting improper suggestions, the subconscious mind doesn't have the ability from distinguishing from good behavior and bad behavior, it just does what its told, either by reacting by outside stimuli or by doing what the conscious mind tells it to do, so at the beginning its the critical factor in our conscious mind on what actions or appropriate and what aren't. When the subconscious accept such behaviors or actions, it applies them in all situations so we don't have to think of them consciously anymore, the more we do a certain behavior the more were urged to do the next time and the next time and so on. Its all automatic until we think about it critically again, this usually happens when somebody else notice our behavior and informs us about it, then we can start installing the new behavior but it takes time and conscious effort because the old behavior has been rooted in so deeply.

Now lets go over establishment of acceptable selective thinking, this simply means that a hypnotist for example, leads us into focusing in certain thoughts he wants us to accept on the subconscious level, if there is no analysis by the critical factor, the suggestion sticks and we now established a new way of thinking or a new behavior.

Would it be Difficult To Learn How To Hypnotize Someone?

The first thought that crosses peoples mind is if it would be hard to influence someone into a hypnotic state. The answer to that is, no. I will show you the most basic techniques on how to hypnotize someone here hypnosis instructions.

firstly there are two ways one could induce a person into a hypnotic state, the first method is the most commonly used, this method requires the subjects permission, this means that the subject knows he/she will be hypnotized. Once the subject falls into a trace like state you can resume and make commands. one thing to keep in mid is that the subject can snap out the trance anytime he/she wants.  This method of hypnosis is safe and is used in hypnotherapy to heal and relieve any sort of stress or pain.

The second type of hypnosis is considered to be underground since the rate for miss-use is great and isn't widely known or even acknowledged to be hypnosis by most experts. This type of hypnosis is called covert hypnosis.

Covert hypnosis also known as conversational hypnosis is the ability to gently communicate and reaching out to a persons subconscious mind without them having the slightest idea of whats going on other then the conversation taking place between the two people. The goal is to influence their behavior or simply change their mind into your favor. an example would be a business client, expressing how much he will benefit from buying a product. This type of hypnosis takes practice, one has to use a a combination of body language, carefully selected words, and facial expressions in order to achieve and covertly communicate with the intended subjects subconscious mind, once the person is under hypnosis one can suggest and issue hypnotic commands

for every good thing there are people who will exploit it for their own benefit, and its a sad fact that most of the people who practice covert hypnosis use it for their own personal gain, i do not recommend using it for such purposes.
